How do I rent an item?

Renting your wardrobe couldn’t be easier!

Click on ‘REGISTER’ at the top of the OnRotate Homepage and sign up using your email address, Google or Facebook account. You’re now officially an OnRotate Member and will be able to browse our Platform, create wish lists and rent!

  1. Browse: Browse through our Members’ wardrobes and filter according to your preferences.
  2. Book & pay: Choose the duration of your rental and pay using our secure payment gateway.
  3. Delivery: Be available to receive your item from the courier between 9am and 5pm on the rental commencement date. Ensure that the Lender sends through the tracking code so that you can be sure of when the item will arrive!
  4. Return: Simply place the rental in the original packaging with the returns label attachedand make sure the item is ready and available for collection on the last day of the rental period between 9am and 12pm.
  5. Review & rent again: Leave a review and rent again, it’s as easy as that!
