Do I need to clean the item prior to return?

No, it is the duty of the Lender to clean the item so as to ensure that it is in great condition for the next rental and that there are no issues with the care of the item.

Renters can enjoy their item for the duration of the rental period without the hassle of cleaning!   

If you have any questions or concerns about the condition of an item you have rented, please raise these with the Lender and our Team via hello@onrotate.com as soon as possible. We also recommend you take photos with a digital camera (such as a phone for the date and time stamp) as soon as the item arrives and describe the issues.
