What happens if my item doesn’t fit?
Our 100% Fit Guarantee takes this stress away.
If your item doesn’t fit, you will receive a full refund less the Return Fee. (This guarantee applies to clothing items only and not to the rental of shoes, bags and accessories).
To claim the Fit Guarantee, we only ask that you let us know within four (4) hours of accepting the delivery via email@example.com.
Once requested, you must return the item to the Lender within twenty-four (24) hours of advising us.
Onrotate will process any refund due once the item has been returned to and received by the Lender.
