Is there a late fee?

It’s important that you return your rental within the rental period, as many Lenders have back-to-back rentals.

If, for any reason, it looks like you can’t make your scheduled return date, please contact the Lender ASAP and let the OnRotate Team know via hello@onrotate.com.

OnRotate reserves the right to charge a R50 late fee for each day after the end of your rental period as well as the applicable rental fee pro rata to the number of days the item is late.
