How are items delivered to me?

At present, you can choose between two methods of delivery:

Via courier: Delivery and returns are free of charge nationally across South Africa. If you have chosen the courier service, the Lender will send the item(s) via next working day tracked delivery service and it will arrive with you on the first day of the rental period between 9am and 5pm. The item(s) will then be collected on the last day of the rental period between 9am and 12pm.

In person collection: If you are meeting face-to-face you can organise a time and location with the Lender through the messaging service on your account dashboard. We always recommend you meet in a public place.
