We have been reviewing the latest research on COVID-19 and there is currently no evidence that it can be transmitted from soft surfaces like clothing to humans. The latest guidance from the World Health Organization is that it is safe to receive packages, including clothing.

Based on this we are making the following recommendations:

If you are self-isolating and:

  1. Have a rented item in your possession: please retain the item and contact our Team via hello@onrotate.com.
  2. Are due to lend out an item: please inform the Renter and cancel the request until you are no longer self-isolating.

If you have had a rental request cancelled by a Lender as they are self-isolating, please contact our Team via hello@onrotate.com and we will assist you right away in arranging an alternative item or refund.

If you have received an item that you are concerned about, please contact our Team.

As always, we do not charge cancellation fees more than 7 days before a rental period begins.

If you still wish to continue with a rental, please confirm that both parties are happy to proceed. Do not meet in person to exchange any items. We encourage you to only send out items when it is safe to do so.
