Are there any restrictions on what can be listed?
The reputation of our Platform and safeguarding our Community is of utmost importance to us and we therefore ask that items are in great condition and as described.
In terms of brands, as a mid to upmarket fashion rental Platform, we do not allow any high street labels, unless they have items from an exclusive collaboration (for example: H&M x Isabel Marant). Often these items are above R1,500 and/or are made by less accessible/boutique brands.
As far as category of items, we only allow fashion items that are non-personal. Thus, swimwear and lingerie are excluded from this.
We are currently purely focused on womenswear but hope to be introducing menswear and childrenswear soon, so watch this space!
We have a fur-free policy and do not accept fur listings. Onrotate reserves the right to edit part-completed listings or remove listings that do not adhere to the criteria above.
