What if I want to cancel a rental?

As a Renter, you can cancel a rental 7 or more days before the start of the rental period and receive a full refund. A cancellation made within 7 days of the rental commencement date will not be reimbursed.

If a Lender cancels a confirmed rental, the Renter will receive a full refund and Onrotate may impose a cancellation fee on the Lender to cover administrative costs.
